Aditi Agrawal – GLC Manager @ Ivanhoe Grammar School and Australia Partnerships

Aditi envisions a world where every child is smarter and kinder; and where both their minds and hearts have been educated. She is passionate about education, entrepreneurship and exploration.

Aditi got her first taste for entrepreneurship when she started and grew her first NGO at the age of 17. Since then, she has worked across the globe in the education sector, as a program manager, curriculum designer and facilitator, teacher, researcher, content developer, designer and impact evaluator. She has worked with several organisations in education globally, such as Centre for Civil Society, Educational Initiatives Pvt. Ltd., Aga Khan Foundation (Kenya) and Teach For India. Previously she led ngoFuel and College-100 (US).

She graduated from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, the foremost arts college in India studying Literature, with minors in History and Sociology. She went on to study Social Innovation Management at The Amani Institute, Kenya, building her network, self-awareness, leadership and innovation skills towards creating a career of meaning and impact. She loves debating and participated in numerous Model UNs in colleges, including the Harvard National MUN and chairing the Rome MUN.

She is a great believer in the power of people, loves food and exploring the world.
