Lindsay grew up in a small town in northern Ontario, Canada. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph, Lindsay explored her passion for culture, traveling, and food by moving to India. Living there, she discovered her interest in community development while working for a small NGO in Jaipur. After spending two years in India, Lindsay made her way to the big city of Seoul, Korea where she taught English as a second language to middle schoolers. Not yet ready to return home, she made her way to Bangkok, Thailand and is now pursuing an alternative style to classroom education through her work at JUMP! as the Head of the JUMP! Global Leadership Center at NIST International School. The only thing she misses about Canada is the cool fall weather, but Lindsay is still managing to slowly adjust to the year long summer Bangkok offers. In her free time she enjoys sipping coffee, cooking, and exploring new neighbourhoods and restaurants.
