Experience Transformation with Dirt is Good Thailand
Join us in a two-year journey of empowerment and change in partnership with Unilever and Global Action Plan. The Dirt is Good Thailand Year 1 & 2 program integrates trust-building, leadership development, and community engagement. Participants develop tangible projects that reshape communities and leave with the empowerment to drive meaningful transformation. Explore the power of collaboration and make a difference with us.
Transforming Education: Bridge to Employment
Join us in partnership with Johnson & Johnson and FHI 360 as we enhance student education through career development and hands-on learning opportunities. The JUMP! Foundation coordinates the Thailand site for this initiative. We empower 50 students at Phra Khanong Pittayalai School through four core strategies: academic enrichment, career readiness, post-secondary education preparation, and community engagement. Together, we’re shaping a brighter future for these students.

Youth Conference Model
We offer multi day conferences focused on youth engaging in collaborative sessions. Focused on pressing issues, critical thinking and building a global perspective. We create cohorts of change-makers who return to their communities and institute their learnings.
Mentorship Model
Focused on a long term, integrative experience, partnering with a school or organization. We are focused on providing a platform for youth to connect with mentors, customize L+D themes, and embark on a journey of personal and academic growth.
We engage with funders and key stakeholders to co-design tailored programs that address needs and interests.
Program Development Process
IDENTIFY OBJECTIVES
Understand the clients CSR and/or ESG sustainability priorities and identify potential partnerships and program models
DESIGN AND PLAN
Create a youth-centered program proposal designed to meet the social impact and sustainability objectives of the clients
FACILITATE
Our team runs the implementation of the program.
EVALUATE
Clear and measurable impact results are achieved documented in our comprehensive End of Program Reports.
