Early Bird Benefits

“Fun and accessible activities for the kids to enjoy with their new found friends! Stuck to the mud outdoors, stuck to the screen indoors.”

Parent, Ecosystem Explorers Program – August 2022

“The programs are full of fun and knowledge. All of the staff are very helpful and understand kids very well. One of the few best ways to keep kids from screen. Kids get to get their hands dirty, close to nature, learn about local things, etc. Definitely coming back!”

Parent, Wildlife Protectors Program – July 2022

“He looked tired at the end of each day but he said it was enjoyable, interesting and talked a lot about his new friends. This JUMP!Adventure will definitely help is quality of life when he grows up.”

Parent, Urban Explorers Program – July 2022

“Our child had great fun and enjoyed all activities, particularly planting the trees

Parent, Urban Explorers Program – January 2022

“I was very happy to see kids couldn’t stop talking about their amazing experience and exciting challenges they had in the camp, which they could never have virtually. In the beginning I was a bit worried to send them in the group, they’ve never met anyone before for long hours. But now I feel it was too short and hope to send them to a JUMP! Adventure again soon!”

Can I get in touch with my child during the trip?
For emergencies we will supply all parents and caregivers with a mobile phone number on which you can reach the JUMP! staff.
What are your safety protocols and procedures?
All sites and activities are thoroughly risk assessed before participants arrive, and JUMP! staff are experienced at managing and mitigating risk factors. We will have access to a safety-checked driver and vehicle at all times in case of an emergency. Technical activities are always led by qualified and experienced instructors.
Who are the facilitators that will be leading the programs?

Our facilitators have a variety of skills and certifications, but the minimum first aid requirement is a WAFA Certification (Wilderness Advanced First Aid) for any JUMP! Adventures program. We provide staff training for all team members on child protection/safeguarding and risk management.

How do you deal with a child feeling unwell?
We will do everything we can to prevent any illness, including providing plenty of drinking water, ensuring that participants get regular shade from the sun and plenty of rest breaks.
If a camp participant does still feel unwell at any point, we will carefully monitor them until they can be collected by a parent or designated caregiver if necessary. We will use the emergency contact numbers provided during booking to contact parents and caregivers. In the event of a medical emergency, we will consult with a doctor or accompany them to the nearest hospital.
My child needs to take prescription medication. Can you help with that?

Please make us aware in advance of any medication that your child needs to take. Bring the medication in a clearly labelled bag or container with your child’s name and dosage instructions clearly written in English. JUMP! staff will safely store and carry all necessary medication with them and can help administer as necessary as per the instructions given.

What is your cancellation policy?

If a program is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will have the option for a full refund or to transfer your booking to new camp date in the future. Refunds will be given within one week of the cancelation notification being sent. If you wish to cancel your child’s registration on the camp, we will refund 50% of the price paid up until 7 days prior to the first day of the camp. Thereafter, no refund can be issued.
